[Denied] Remove the ability to access Script Sales and.. for DNT.

Used or not, as dead as it is, remove access for DNT. You're 'allowing' access for DNT people to trade on the website. Pretty simple, nothing big.

Edit: RuneScape Programming is supposed to be discussing, no? Either way, I only see adverts and requests in there making that a market to use for DNT people too.

RuneScape Programming is nothing else but a market. and DNT people can see it and it's not being posted in it's appropriate channel either. Fix it.

I assume you refer to the section within the SytheLib category right? Is that the only section you have access to in that category?

 

I can see the whole SytheLib Stuff.

If you believe they are breaking the rules of a section you can just report the threads.

Right, I just wanted to answer your question about what I can see. I only wanna erase the script sales & could be argued that RuneScape Programming should be too, or they should move those posts to the actual market threads instead of the 'discussion' threads.

 

True, but you can't control where people post their threads, so there's always a possibility someone posts a market related thread there.

 

Correct, but almost all of the threads are only about trading or seeking a trade/service.
E.g LF 2 private bots, Any Scriptures? LF RSPS Coding services, Saler pro, (RSPR Developer services) LF rs3, more scripts, coding openers plugins etc. Many of them are the same threads or questions, but shouldn't be there. I could report them, but just wanted to hear if they want those things posted there, if so it shouldn't be allowed for DNT. If it's not for trading, it should be allowed for DNT, and just checked by staff once in awhile to remove off-topic (wrong section) threads.

 

If someone has DNT have to make sure the user cannot see any trading threads... Even if not market section.

Should be a simple implementation.

 

Either i'm blind (going crazy lol) or there isn't actually anything there.

I know i'm a bit late to all of this so i'm slowly going over my personal views lol. I do feel if there is stuff there, then that should be classed as trying to bypass DNT and as such you should have your thread reported via the report button (or maybe they, the staff will allow it to be a open discussion via violations?) but as of right now unless it's cleaned up I cannot see anything that leads to a sale.

Support though, if you are DNT then you shouldn't be trying to bypass it.
