[Denied] Move the Sand Box Market to the "Other Markets" Section

The Sand Box sub-section is a marketplace for:

• Miniranks
• Sythe Gold
• Advertisement Space
• Dicing

As such, I believe that it belongs within the Buy/Sale/Trade section of the forums.
Right now, it is the last of a long list within the off-topic section. It is the only one on the list where BST occurs and seems out of place. It could also pose as cumbersome for newer/unknowing users to find.

This is a simple sugfestion, but I propose for it to be moved to the "Other Markets" section as this seems like a much more natural fit. I believe it would be easier for folks to find as well.

I don't think it really matters too much, but sure. It is technically a marketplace so other markets would be fine

 

50/50 on support these sections are really inactive. There isnt a use for sythe gold so it would still stay dead, Not many people care about miniranks, advertising space is just people bumping threads and Dicing I think should be moved to community general

 

There are several markets that are less active, but are in the appropriate location.
Look at the Rust, Tarkov, and Dota market sections. They each have less than 100 topics. That's less than 5% of the threads Sand Box has. Look at the social media services, with less than a tenth of the threads that the Sand Box has.

If a section is not up to your activity standards, you can make a suggestion about its removal or merger with another section. That isn't what this suggestion is about. This suggestion is about appropriate location of a buy/sale/trade sub-section that it not in the right place.

Also, can't say people don't care about miniranks just because you don't have any. People buy and sell miniranks all the time. Heck, I bought one today from Gladiator.

 

You're right, this is a little weird, but given that the sand box is a discussion forum about Sythe itself we're going to leave it where it is despite having a few marketplace sub-sections in it.
