[Denied] Obligate service providers to leak scamquiters/ban evaders login names.

At the moment serious ban evaders (like obamaphobic) are requesting OSRS services on new, fresh accounts. This way they will always have accounts to scam with. So, if the trainers can leak all the login names they have could lead to less victims in the future because the scammers login details would be found in the "Do not purchase" thread and all the money they spent on the services would be wasted on nothing. Win-win situation if you ask me.

At the moment only the recovered account logins are posted by the victims which means a lot of other accounts are still looking for a victim.
What happens if an account was never recovered by the scammer but the login gets leaked anyways? Well, i think nothing. The account is not facing any security risk just because we know the login name and it's better if it's leaked because the account is probably already at risk all the time because of the original owner (scammer) and the buyer should never be able to sell an account like that anyways. It's a risk the buyer takes when purchasing an account.

He will scam with these accounts on his new vaders while we have no clue about the login names. Maybe one victim could be saved if the trainers are leaking the names.

Login details are sensitive information so for that reason these details wouldn't be posted by the providers, these would be collected by staff members if they think it's needed.

This is against scamquiters and ban evaders and not against some random DNT'd member where the ban reason is completely different.
