[DENIED] Twc'd for Poor Business partice.

Hi, My suggestion is Twcin people for bad Business Instead of a warning, These mistakes happen time to time, They ain't scammers alot of the cases are just in the heat of the moment with no intent to offend or harm the person. Twcin Will/can Effect people's business until the twc is removed or actually effect them the entire time they are doing services.

If you are going to treat People who send a bad pm Like someone who has scammed then that is silly.

For this suggestion i will be linking some cases, This is not an attack on anyone or to insult them in the slightest.

So i was reading a case, And just because they sent a poor Pm they got Twc'd, I don't think this is fair as Scammers also get Twc'd for actually scamming.

Time Crunch Is A Scammer

(Just using Time Crunch as an example, We do not see eye to eye but it's clear he is a well respected member within the community.)

"While a PM was requested, an extremely poor PM was sent. @Time Crunch has been given a TWC, you can apply to have it removed after 30 days here."

He Sent one poor pm, It might of been in the heat of the moment sorta thing. I don't understand why this isn't a strong warning next time Twc, (From what i can tell time crunch isn't that sort of person).

Requesting Removal of TWC

For what i can gather from this case, He got twc'd for not being Able to complete a package within the Time frame, Yes it's poor business But at the very most it's a strong warning (Next time Twc).

TWC removal [approve on 8/15]

He got Twc'd for A bad confirmation pm, This was a mistake on his part and should not be punished with the TWC rank, There was no Harm from him this is just a case of a warning and sending him the list of rules.


I Completely agree on Twc/Banning on Cases like these:

The only reason i agree with the Twc is because he didn't inform the buyer that someone else will be doing his Questing, The buyer Thought personally Russianumad would be doing and with his Rep his account would be 100% safe.

Also another case what i cannot seem to find, Was a respected member within the community, He Threatended this guy with irl threats and getting his rs account banned, He then went on to threaten sythe with legal action. If anyone knows that case please leave it in a link Below.

These are the differences within the cases where people should/shouldn't be Twc'd. I can't see how sending for example a bad pm is Twc-able while punishing them the same as actual scammers.

It is not "silly", people who send bad PM's are using poor trading practices. How? If you send a bad PM ultimately it can lead to the user getting imposter scammed, or scammed in general.

We cannot give warnings, when we make it clear that that you must follow the templates provided.
