To begin this report it's going to be simple,
Qemo last dispute or attempt of dispute perfectly aligns with when the profile of achilles was created Qemo requesting DNT , his profile was created 4 days after. If we also count qemo post outside of Dispute form it aligns perfect with his last attempt Qemo requesting DNT , despite this next sentence being an assumption, I'd assume he realized he had no chance of coming back and made the new profile. knowing about twc with caution rule and camping behind a VPN.

Both user seems to based around the spam forums with both of there highest post count's being in the spam forums:

Qemo & Achilles both have interest in training account with both of there main field of market interest being in these sections.

Now if we browse through both of them we see this common mistake that both users partake in. with this being said both user's of there grammars is extremely bad, I only link once post but feel free to go through them all and you see exactly what I mean.

They both also have worse fucking grammar than me.

With this being said they both show a high tendency to troll outside of spam forums, I believe we have a match but still not confident this report will go through because of the vpn and lack of evidence.
