[Denied] FSW section additionally added

In addition to what @MyPvM said in the thread he put up (thanks for the idea Dario btw) OSRS & RS3 User Services



As of right now, we have deadman mode which is still able to be accessed but if I am not mistaken leagues currently are not. My proposal is maybe leave the leagues there, but also add fresh start world stuff

I would say add a section for both 07 and RS3 as mentioned in again darios thread, as people like to offer different things in different versions of games. This would mean we would also want to rename the deadman/leagues section to maybe "Runescape Seasonal Section" or something along those lines as a general rough one

I like the idea of it being renamed to something like "Seasonal Mode", and have a sub-category for Runescape 3 and Oldschool Runescape
