[DENIED] Enforce the feedback section rules

I've been recently reporting quite a bunch of posts in the Individual Feedback section, yet they keep getting denied, for example this post has gotten denied by a staff member. Not only that one, but the majority of posts in Individual Feedback hold no substance.

There official Feedback Rules do state this

However, they are not really enforced - neither does it mention much about trolling/unserious posts.

I'm all fine with trolling, but perhaps a different section (or just their AMA's) should be used for this - not individual feedback threads as to my understanding and in my opinion those should be considered seriously and do need to have substance as right now it's a great way to just troll and farm postcount.

My suggestion here is simple: consider Individual Staff Feedback as non-spam forum and moderate it as greatly as you moderate the regular Feedback section - with no spamming permitted. The section itself holds great meaning and should be considered as such.
