[Denied]Enforce & Clarify rules; Prevent malicious attacks

Here are a few key points
    • I understand staff can determine whether to take action or not; this is to request more enforcement on these rules
    • I understand what spam forum is and why it exists
    • The current way the system works is essentially; any user can make a report for any reason at any time, with minimal chance of repercussions. This causes unnecessary drama, increase in false reports defaming other users to attack their business and should be dealt with more strictly than it is currently.
    • The suggestion is to prevent a lot of unnecessary drama and waste of staff time in the community
    • This suggestion is due to the excessive amount of drama and reports in the community in the last few months
    • The suggestion is not about myself but rather the community as a whole
    • Users are allowed to post resolved reports publicly and privately with no guarantee of repercussions on Sythe Discord; this is being abused
    I suggest the following

    • Prevent users from publicly posting resolved reports with intent to harass, attack or defame users in the community; this includes spamming the report thread more than once unless otherwise proven relevance for doing so. Light trolling someone and intentionally defaming are not the same and should not be treated as such.
    • Prevent users from being allowed to attack members of the community privately or publicly as a group in excess; should a situation occur and the user being harassed or defamed finds out by means of taunting/harassment by other users involved issue 3 day ban for first offence; 30 day ban second offence or something suitable according to severity of actions by all users involved.
    • Clarify the definition of light and excessive trolling; prevent encouragement of constant harassment, attacks or defamation towards users

    Recent examples supporting suggestion
    1. User A makes report against user B for stealing off user A's account. User B is found not guilty by staff ruling case closed. User A defames user B posting publicly of user B's alleged scam as retaliation knowing no consequence will arise from their actions. No punishment carried out for these actions.
    2. User A makes report on user B, user B found not guilty. User A tells friends to defame user B to avoid direct involvement publicly; Reports made against both users back and fourth for purpose of defamation creating drama in community and unnecessary waste of staff time as current rules allow such actions with minimal accountability. No punishment carried out for these actions as of now.
    3. User A makes report on user B, report should have never been made and ruled invalid; report was made only for purpose to defame and troll user B. User A posts report numerous times on spam forum and privately messages other members of community to defame & attack user A further. No punishment is carried out on user A for these actions. User A continues to post report and mention report in attempt to defame and harass user B using report as a weapon.

I agree but it kinda depends on situations, if it's a legitmate report when there's solid proof the user has done something wrong i see no issue. But spreading reports that have a high possibility of being a troll one is a problem.

I would say I support. But in certain situations I feel like this could do more harm then good. No support
