[DENIED] Change rules regarding offsite TOS

[John Devola]

Currently: Offsite rules take precedent over Sythe rules, even if that website is being advertised on Sythe.

Recent Rulings: Now with the recent AccKings.com scandal where @Pain started scamming people, we see precedent changing but I am unaware if this is a change to the actual rules or if we are just now all agreeing that @Pain is a scammer.

Credits to this smart Powerbot admin for putting explanation suggestion very nicely on AccKings.com are scammers

Thanks

Yes we have this policy as well, TOS cannot violate our rules
