[DENIED] Add #Middleman and #Donate sections to trade on discord

As an OMM, I think the thought of #middleman would be fine, however, I think it would cause more problems than anything. Too much room for impostors and too many scams already occurring due to users not sending correct PMs, etc. Users would be more inclined to not post on their MM threads and not send PMs, and this is where fake profiles and impostoring shows up. We already have a Official Middleman tag on Discord that sets aside that rank.

For #donate, I don't really care much. We already have information in this on the #faq and most people utilize the #help page anyway.
