[DENIED] Make the Fire Cape proof more safe in-game

Recently I got an infraction for offering a Fire Cape service and my thread is closed.
I am not allowed to offer my Fire Cape service because my proof for Fire Cape isn't 'entered' into the
RuneScape chat and said in-game. I do have matching vouches, accounts with the capes, and what I
should need to run that service.

I realise I am wrong in this incident.

Don't answer from current rule, answer about why the rule is why it is what it is

 

Just needs to include your name, you don't have to write "from sythe".

If you're that worried about it you could always just make a fresh account and do it on tourny world for proof of completion

 

So, if all you have to do is PROVE that you completed a Fire Cape

1) Cape in-game screenshot of actually saying it in-game
2) If someone contacts you about completing a service without having a thread and you do it - The vouches you obtain for completing Fire Capes while not having an actual thread should also count.

I have successfully completed two Fire Capes, and I have two vouches for Fire Capes, but I am not allowed to own a Fire Cape service thread because I do not have this screenshot in-game saying that I am doing it. So I ask you guys, what is the line I can draw for proof without risking my account in-game. Sure, my next Fire Cape I could go on and say that in-game. So here is
another point..

IF YOU'RE OFFERING SOMEONE A FIRE CAPE AS A BONUS TO A SERVICE (AS I HAVE DONE) AND YOU COMPLETE THEIR FIRE CAPE(S) AND GET VOUCHES FOR THEM, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO RUN A THREAD OFFERING THIS SERVICE AS YOU WOULD THINK A VOUCH FOR THE SERVICE WOULD SHOW THAT YOU HAVE COMPLETED IT FOR OTHER PEOPLE

Either way, It's still silly because I have done 2 OSRS Fire Capes but they would be invalid anyways due to the fact that I didn't specify if they are OSRS or RS3. Also, I wasn't a Fire Cape service person, I did them for people as a bonus to my services I was providing them anyways, it's like a deal sealer.

I realize I am wrong and the things are specified in the stickies, I just didn't read it well enough the first time. I wouldn't have imagined they would want the stuff said in-game and I took it the wrong way, if I can say "BUILD'S FIRECAPE!" that would be fine. I would never specify Sythe in-game.

Following up, I admit I am at fault and I should have read better, it's silly this happened.
I still want the following to be discussed please.

I have done 2 Fire Cape for people on OSRS.
I should be able to complete Fire Cape's for people still.
Why am I not allowed to do Fire Cape service wth a ToS after 2 Fire Cape Vouches?
Why is 5 the number?

 

5 the number because of when the new rule was set in place (quite some time ago)


If you had vouches for firecapes previously you did not have to provide a new proof. New users do.



The reason why it has to be typed in game and sent as opposed as just in the chatbox is to avoid photoshopping it which is much harder than in the textbox.
