[DENIED] Add a giveaway sub

It would be nice to have a sub for all the giveaways, etc. What do you think?

A thread was denied so sure as hell a section for it will be denied too.
Previously denied suggestion: Contest n Giveaway section.

Stack up some gp and hook up with CDT instead.

Besides, we already have dicing for giveaways.
