[Denied] Allow self-requested DNT users to donate their miniranks/sythe gold.

Pretty simple - add an option into the self-requested DNT template found here to allow users to donate their miniranks/sythe gold to the community repayment fund by auctioning them off in the Scammer Minirank/Sythe Gold auctions, or to the CDT to award for events.

This would be more geared towards users leaving the community that don't want to be bothered selling or giving them away, and could benefit the community as well.

Also a side suggestion - if possible, host another 2021 Scammer Minirank + Sythe Gold Auction - this last one was held almost 2 years ago.

Thanks for your suggestion.
We don't currently have many users requesting DNT themselves, maybe a single-digit number a year, and only a fraction of those have a few miniranks and may not intend to come back, so realistically there would be less than 1 person a year on average using this option.
People leaving Sythe can simply give their miniranks away, or sell them and donate the money.
The effort of keeping books, auctioning miniranks, collecting payments for them, basically the whole logistics around it, is not worth the money.

We are also not fans of hosting/MMing charities ourselves.
