You got dumbasses voting for people based on their color, their gender, their religion.
Hell, you've even got dumbasses who don't know how to fill in the bubble right on the ballot!
People are clueless about the government and can't even make valid rational decisions about what is best for the damn country.
And these dumbasses vote other dumbasses into office, dumbasses who share the same DUMBASS views.
This has turned into a Christian country, and soon the majority of the public will support a holy war and support conforming the middle east to christianity (Ann Coulter already does).

Benjamin Franklin was right:

"In these sentiments, Sir, I agree to this Constitution with all its faults, if they are such; because I think a general Government necessary for us, and there is no form of Government but what may be a blessing to the people if well administered, and believe farther that this is likely to be well administered for a course of years, and can only end in Despotism, as other forms have done before it, when the people shall become so corrupted as to need despotic Government, being incapable of any other. I doubt too whether any other Convention we can obtain, may be able to make a better Constitution. For when you assemble a number of men to have the advantage of their joint wisdom, you inevitably assemble with those men, all their prejudices, their passions, their errors of opinion, their local interests, and their selfish views."

I agree everyone just wants a women or African American president. I'm sure there much more better people for the job. Hopefully people will realize that when its time for election.

TL;DR
Your name makes me fail to see your seriousness.

Australian here - I have no idea who any of your candidates are.

Well, I guess you think its a good thing the electoral college chooses our president then.
I'm completely against the electoral college, I'd rather a true democracy.

Well, I view an electoral college as just a small sample of the general public. They really aren't geniuses or anything, and most of them vote for what the majority in their area voted for. They even have college students in the electoral college.

Christian country? Wrong... It is far from a christian country. They are just a bunch of hypoctritical people trying to put a label on themselves.

Frederick Douglass:
between the Christianity of this land, and the Christianity of Christ, I recognize the widest possible difference-so wide, that to receive the one as good, pure, and holy, is of necessity to reject the other as bad corrupt, and wicked. To be the friend of one is of necessity to be the enemy of the other. I love the pure, peaceable, and impartial Christianity of Christ

In my opinion, the people of the United States are becoming the most ignorant and impertinent people on the planet. And that's a deadly combination. The average American knows hardly anything about how they're country really functions, and they like it that way. It's disgusting really, how when the average American goes into the poll booth and goes "Hm... well Hilary's hair looked pretty rad today, so I guess I'll go with her. Who the hell cares what she might do with our country, it's not my problem" (No offence to any of Clinton's supporters, it was just an example) Well guess, what it is your problem. I'm very concerned that the destiny of the United States is still in the hands of the public, who knows what will happen next.

In short, Democracy is dead, and it's really a shame. It had so much potential.
