First Lets say this these are the following reason i want to open a shop.

1. I want To become a trusted person on these forums and to help you out.
2. I'll you only charge you a Vouch Depending the Job, It may cost some $$$ through paypal.
3. My time limit is going to be as fast as i can be, I do go to school and work.
4. I will work on both account type F2p and P2p. High levels and Low levels.

Rule's only 2

1. after i completed the job you must vouch me.
2. Dont ask for a large levels to train like 90-99 Attack.

Vouches

I use Gmail Email. no IM, or anything so make sure your account can interact with Gmail accounts. I will not be Placing my email due to spam and other non-sense. But once i approve you i will PM you it!
