What is the BEST way to transfer wealth from a mid-level 90s level to an account with very low combat stats?

I've looked through threads, but couldn't tell what's the best way.

If you could all post your best ways of transferring it would be much appreciated.

you get yourself a level 55 account, i macroed one up with rsbot. It can go in both mid and low crater. you find a world where there is NO1 (which jagex made this easy since there are less ppl in bounty hunter due to the no leave update) and you xfer
