"Deferred" Blackmark???

Okay, so this is what happened...

I am currently banned from rs for 7 more days for powerleveling...

I check my message center and find that I got even MORE offences! (omg!)

I open up my "appeal on offence" link, and find that I have infringed RULE 6!!! (Oh no! Turns out I was asking if I could have an account since a friend was quitting!) Piece of shit Fagex...

I tried to appeal, but instead of the "appeal" link, there's a word, saying "deferred". Shortly afterwards, I find that I got 0.1 blackmarks for my offence... then I wonder wtf?

So, anyway...

Does anybody know what happens to a deferred blackmark??? >_<
 
Deffered, hmm, i guess you can't do anything about it =p



But, you only got .1 blackmark, so oh well...


reminds me of my friend, deferred Sin? lolz =p

I'm assuming that a deferred blackmark means that it is pending, or that you have to wait until you can appeal it. Not 100% sure though. Good luck getting an appeal!

thats dumb i'm here cuz my account got muted for a day because this guy from school pmed me and i made a tipo and said share your acount got locked up cuz he said id did i was trying too say sher your acc got locked up

thats the definition. so they are waiting on something?
 
Ive got this before this basically means yoou got a blackmark for doing something but they basically just put the black mark and after a while tthey should change it to the offence they delayed the offence. This also means your black marks can increase by 10! Watch out this thing is really annoying if you are a member atm and you commit a offence they usually give you a deferred blackmark and when your not member theuy add extra offences -.- (dont happen if you pay by cc tho).
 
i had 2 deferred blackmarks recently...basically it means they added the blkmark and offence to your account but they havent found the evidence yet and obviously u cant appeal till they have the evidence....cuz then wat would u even b appealing

but after a week my 2 offences were appealable so i appealed both and 4 seconds later they were both denied.
