defence xp from quest

okay so im making a range tank...going for 70 def or 40 def not for sure yet...i was wondering if you guys could post me quest that give def xp so i don't have to get thehp lvls and stuff...if you could that would nice ty...

 

dragon slayer, heroes, monkey madness, fremmy trials are ones that come to mind and this link tells you all quests u can get def xp from its official runescape site so no viruses http://www.runescape.com/viewarticle.ws?article_id=1773
