fixed occult necklace & occult necklace (or) stats + equipment slot + 10% magic str bonus it offers
NPC's -
fixed the training teleports to look more appealing

Prayer balance changed, bosses should now be more challenging and create a cleaner economy or those guys really grinding it out.​
