Death Penalty or Life Sentance?

Which would you rather endure and why?

 

Death penalty i wouldn't want to live rest of my life in prison. Death is easier and much less painless.

 

More then likely everyone would say this,
Same goes for me,
Why would I want to rot away in prison?
I'd rather die.

 

Death Penalty. If someone you loved was beaten, raped, and killed, what would you prefer? Having them continue living, no matter how miserable, or have them cleaned off the earth and dealt the ultimate justice? The answer's simple. The latter.

 

Life Sentance, I don't want to die!

 

Life sentence.

Life is sacred and I could still contribute to humanity in prison. ( by doing works of literature ect. )

 

Life Sentence.

I'd rather live my life no matter what my paths have become. We were brought to this world to serve a purpose. No point killing yourself over a obstacle even if it's life changing.

 

Death penalty. Jail is no joke. A couple months was enough for me--a life sentence would be worse than death IMO. It's kind of like you're dead anyways--it's like you're living, but you aren't really alive (Hard to put in words). And you're basically just a slave doing work for no pay (Except for some ramen noodle or something).

It's not worth it, waking up day after day with no motivation or ambition in life because you're living for nothing. I'd rather go straight to Hell, It's just a slow, painful path towards there anyways (considering there even is a hell, but that's another discussion).

 

I would surely take the death penalty over life imprisonment. Unless I was sentenced in Canada here (a "life" term carries a maximum of 25 years before you can be paroled). Even then though, I don't think I could survive 25 years in prison and then have to return to the regular world again.

Prison is lonely, depressing, brutal, and dangerous, and I'm fairly certain I would get eaten alive in there. I would much rather be put to death than be locked in a cell like an animal, so tiny that you can't even fully stretch your arms out, living the same mundane, boring life every single day with intermittent periods of sheer terror and life threatening situations.

I can't think of too many things that would be more like hell...

 

Death senctence. I would not want to live my life in a box and get raped by other men lol..

 

Life as in 25 years? I'd take it over the death penalty if I would get out before i'm 50. I guess it also depends on which jail though.

 

I would take the Life Sentence.
Only because you have the slim chance of bulking up in prison being the most bad ass in-mate.
But either way,Life sentence or death penalty you basically die in both options.

 

Just so you guys know, you don't really just get raped in prison (it has happened though to some, somehow. Mainly sexual harassment though. Kind of hard to just get fucked in the ass unless you want it...). Even if someone DID try, theres ways to defend yourself, atleast to the point where you can get them off you.

Besides, you get NO privacy in jail, always have a correctional officer watching you and if not, a camera, so I don't see how it'd be possible.

Life as in life sentence, meaning you never get out.

 

I'd take life sentence, but the second I drop the soap I'm requesting death penalty.

If forced into a death penalty, I wont fight it, but I will live if I can, I am getting a sentence for a reason, I wont run away from it and serve my time.

Why would anyone rather live for another 70 years working in a box and getting beaten by other men occasionally?

 

i think that the death peanlty is much better than life sentance because if we get a lot of people in black gangs or mexican gangs they can be really dangerous on the streets and if there were to escape from prison it would be bad so we should just kill them, plus it would be cheaper and quicker.

 

Death Penalty. If I was doing life without the possibility of parole, I'd end up killing myself anyway. At least with the death penalty I get a decent meal before I die.

 

Depends if you mean life sentence as in your ENTIRE life, that would could be alright, like if anyone has seen Shawshank Redemption, Red seem's happy enough If it was 25 years maximum, that is possible, but i've heard you get Sky, pool table, all that kind of stuff in prison now. And I was watching something and the warden person asked if they were able to defend themselves, maybe you go somewhere else if you can't?
