Death Knight Tanking lvl 60

So i have a Death Knight lvl 60 And im trying to tank with him but i need somewhat of help.

Problems:

1. All of my spells have a long cool down time.
(if that is the problem)
2. I cant seem to keep monsters aggression toward me wile in dungeons.
3. Im really do not know what the best tanking form Blood or Unholy.

Another problem i am having is the exact set up i need to be tanking with and what spells i need to be doing to keep aggro on me wile im in these dungeons.

If anyone could help me out and link me to a good video or guide to help me id greatly appreciate it. Really not used to the DK i have a lvl 77 Priest but ye thats far from tanking or DPS.

I was also watching a video and i saw these other folks dk tanking and they had there spells above the actual bar is that still possible as to these videos were made 2 and 3 years ago but i cannot seem to find a guide that is actually explaining what i need to be doing.
