Vouches should only be given out if the person has done a good service to you. Someone doing the training should not ask for a vouch, but wait for it to be given if it is deserved.

I'm not asking my customers to vouch me, Its their choice to vouch or not if they like'd my service or not.

I don't force them, or stop an order just because they don't vouch.
