Your mod rage banned me from your Discord after I opened a ticket asking why PayPal was broken, and asked for an extra week if I re-subscribe due to getting randomly banned from your Discord for being in Unethiclite/OpenOSRS as I mentioned on my previous post. He kept saying it was because I was in a "Plugin cracking Discord" which is complete bullshit, because I have never been, and didn't even think those exist. I posted the screenshot from Carl-bot banning me from OpenOSRS due to "Recoders" which i have no fkn idea what it means but it banned me from all 3discords at once (yours, openosrs, unethiclite

I've lost out on multiple weeks of paid DeadZone, and it's clear your egotistical mod doesn't care. This is my experience with DeadZone, I thought I would share to anyone considering it. DeadZone is good when it works, but it has absolutely god awful customer service if you have any issues. Your mod got offended when I said it's over-priced, well yeah, it's over-priced if you don't get what you pay for. If I got my 1 week extra to make up for YOUR guys error, could have been happy.

Edit: Gee I wonder why your mod mentioned paypal is down to mass chargebacks, maybe ppl don't get what they pay for and some of the chargebacks are valid.

 

Being banned from our discord does not equate to time for your licenses. People who aren't in the server have full access to their license. You weren't banned by us but by an automated system called "OpenBanBot" which is in over 27 plugin discord servers to safeguard against people who crack plugins, chargeback and more etc. Our customer service has been credited as the best in the industry. Our paypal was blocked temporary after we stopped transactions during the first 3PC ban wave, not because of mass chargebacks.

Show me what cracking Discord I was in, or when I chargebacked. Pro tip: You can't, because I wasn't. I lost out on license time because of your Discords broken bot.

We don't manage OpenBanBot, you'd have to speak to the people that manage it mate. They don't ban people without cause / reason
