DeadLikeMeow scams

DeadLikeMeow scammed me 25$ i paid him the money after talking to him in length and then he just went online, when i added him on second email it apears he blocked me on my proper email, i spoke to him then he tryed giving me a 6digit account that has been hl1 and hl2 banned and the account was unuseable, thoughmore he then retrieved that account after. images below:

i have got the saved convo file but i only have this picture of convo, im sorry but i feel that i didnt get the account and paid the money is big enough proof.

and considering, i wouldnt report if i didnt get scammed, and also the money was sent but there was no info crossed over msn...

 

i dont have the chat log thats the thing, look at his shop and see ow many people says he scams, my pc doesnt save msn convo's
