DC Hero = Scammer

Basically i talked to Pen on msn, and this is our convo ^^^

I'm a mod on wartnet, so i wouldn't be fucking around about this type of stuff..

Briefly explain the trade:
He was going to give me $350 through paypal for my lvl 126, see link here --> http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=871659

How they scammed:
We agreed I'd go first, so I sent him my character's info. But stayed logged on until he sent me the money. He never sent the money, but said he did, but i had to go, so i had to log off the char -- i noticed he already changed the pass on me. He also became very sketchy while receiving, and after getting the info. He insisted that I log off the char. And has thus sense recovered it from me.

Now he's saying that he hasn't recovered it, and then accused me of selling him an acc that gets recovered over and over again.
I've had this account since like Feb of this yr, i know the OO REAL well, he deleted all his info after giving it to me.
DC is the only one who knows the info besides me.


Seeing as he hasn't said anything to me for about 4 mins now, i think it's safe to say he has no intention of sending me the money
And it's funny because not talking about paypal he has spot on responses.. like 20 seconds after you ask something.
But soon as it came to him sending the money, it took him about 2 minutes to respond to everything..
He even said "It's coming", then 5 mins later said it wasn't sent yet, and that he was logging on.

Would you possibly pm him for me?
Even if he sends one of the admins the money first, i'm fine with that.

 

Still no payment received.
Pen has told me to tell him to either pay me or be banned.
He refuses to do anything until someone tells him this thread is "Bullshit"..
So can I please get a verdict or something??
