Requesting ban so the hacker can't scam anyone. The hacker has also added 2fa to the account since the hacking.

Just because we didn't reply doesn't mean his scams would have been forgiven. Regardless we were trying to ban him but something weird was occurring. We've banned the account now so he'll have to go through the process of recovering it
