look in the event forums off runescape forums for "OPEN ALTER," then goto that world yanille.

a bunch of squares will come up with different letters, pick F for fally, repeat untill you finish the first 26. they use 1 piece of soft clay 1 law rune and 1 water rune.

after you get all 26, (2 minutes) leave the house, bank at yanille and repeat.
