DBO is a SCAMMER - - got my proof together

The pm's clearly show that i sent him the code and he redeemed it(1400 msp) and that he didn't pay me yet for $16 (and he never did). It is as much proof as i could get given the circumstances, but it should be more than enough. Also notice the date on the final message, almost a month later from the first one...

Why does nobody read the stickies (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=682456), I'll PM him for a response. If he does not reply within 3 days I will ban him.

Since there's no real way to tell if you guys continued the trade over msn or not (like it explains in sticky why not to trade over msn) I am forced to lock this as there's nothing left that I could do.
