dayz standalone free?

does anyone know how I can get dayz standalone free, or possibly a steam account with dayz standalone free

although I do know buying the game supports the develpoers im not willing to pay unless I know I am going to enjoy the game,

I don't care if I play offline or by myself, I just want to try out the game for a couple hours to see if I enjoy it before dropping the 30$ for it.

Just look on youtube videos etc, if you don't want to buy it. If you have an account with ARMA 2 or 3 not sure you can download the Mod on to that only the MOD not the actual game and play it like that. If not don't think you can get it for free.

 

sadly I don't, and most youtube videos ive virus totaled and they all came back viruses im not sure if its a false positive from steam_api.dll but I don't really wanna risk it, that's why im asking here if anyone found an actual working one. but thanks man

I know but im not willing to spend any money unless I know I like it, I only have a certain amount of money for video games and I also have a ps3 I need to buy games, soo if I like it I wont mind paying for it.

 

It's going to be amazing when it is finally finished which could be months. It's going to be cheaper to buy it now while it's in Alpha phase. It's like the same procedure with minecraft.

 

I know that's why im trying o figure out now, it seems like a great game but I don't know how to get use to FPS pc style ;s and I don't know if my laptop will be able to handle it ;s it is laggy af on even state of decay,and for black ops 2 it plays flawless, but wont load maps unless I play it online by myself first let it load then play.

 

anyone know how? and any way I can make my laptop good for dayz?
