    Briefly explain the trade: i upgraded him and the payment went through... he said he didnt get the membership, and when i threatened to chargeback the upgrade he paid me.


    If a mod needs i can pm the screenies. I dont want to see him banned, just a TWC as he blatently tried to scam me.
