We can use university IPs to complete a recovery.

However, alternatively we can do this. There is a recovery phone number linked to your account, if you can, use that to remove your 2fa. If you cannot remove your 2fa with that number, please post that number here as proof. I will remove your 2fa and delete your email from the account - you can use the phone number to recover the account and place a new email on it.
