Quick note - I'm not sure if this is sufficient evidence for a ban, but I'll post it anyway

His Skype (pin.pb) matches that of four banned powerbot users I've found. Two were banned for ban evasion, I'm unable to find an original scam report though.

Without an original scam report we can't do much, however he's banned for selling hacked netflix accounts.
