It may seem like I scammed as he sent me all the "details and links" to change the password,

Yes it is true he sent me the username and password to the account including the JAG information but the "link" to the changing password wasn't even a valid link so I actually never was able to change the password,

Ye I deleted messages containing my Email Address, Paypal Address and Email Password (he even went on and checked my Inbox and Junk)

I gave him everything even including my details!

He then told me the account was locked,
How would he know if the account was locked unless he had the password?

It all doesn't make sense,
I wouldn't scam anybody and have no intentions on scamming anybody,

His wanting to buy SSGP from you means nothing.

Also, it's very easy to delete emails. You go way too far along in this conversation to try and pull off the fact that the trade fell apart abruptly.

I personally think it's fair ban but I'm 100% open to a second staff member's opinion.

Edit: Also sorry for the lack of detail in my post right now. I've been in the library for 20 hours straight, finals week and such, I won't be able to help out much so if another staff member could pick this up for me I'd highly appreciate it.
