[DAVE] Ban Dispute (A6D9)

Hello, this is my ban dispute. i got banned for Selling Cracked Spotify Accounts.

yes, i told him that it was cracked acc's but the only reason to that was beacuse i wasnt sure if the method was under the category Cracked acc's and he wanted cracked acc's so i told him that the acc's was cracked which was a mistake by me and im rlly sorry for that.



Method we use: Spotify is offering a 1month trail for new spotify accounts, so when people buy a 1month spotify premium we make a new account and use the trail. i have asked a staff if this is called cracked accounts and hes answer was "if he does it massively then yeah" but we haven't done it massively. please go watch my vouches (i got no vouches for selling spotify acc's) beacuse i havent sold one single spotify account yet and if i get unbanned i will close the shop.

and then he questioned me again to answer the question, so i just said yes beacuse he kind of forced me to say yes, and i know that was a mistake by me and im rlly sorry for that. but he made me say yes... just watch the convo between me and him and im from norway, my English isnt very good xD so i was not even sure if my accounts was "cracked". im pretty sure that if i was 100% sure what cracked acc's was i woulda said no. why would i tell him that i was selling "cracked" acc's if i knew what it meant and he kind of forced me to do it. im not a new sythe member... have been a member for 1year,5$ donor,25-30vouches.

 

One of two things could happen -

1. You remain banned for craking accounts

2. You're unbanned but you lied and gave people false info just to get a sale and that's a HUUUUGE TWC.

I'm all for the second one, but need a second opinion.

 

I remember this case.

This appears to be what occurred. I'll support this option.
