    Database of banned users informations
    I suggest creating a user friendly database manageable by staff members, that would include following informations of banned users:

    PP email(s)
    Skype(s)
    Hacked/recovered runescape accounts
    Other known sythe.org profiles that the individual is linked with

    Sythe user would be able to quickly search if the person he's dealing with is known for scamming or not.

    This would save a lot of time and would be helpful in a fight against ban evaders.

    Grave & co created a database similar to the one you are proposing years ago and it was just too much work to maintain and keep updated. But by all means, if you the time and patience to collect and gather all of this info, I'm pretty sure no one will object to it.

    Makes sense, allow it to be searchable. Plug in a name, if it pops up you know not to trade. Greatly help agains vaders as everyone knows what a bitch PayPal can be

    There were separate lists for skypes, pp emails and recovered RS accounts but eventually it became too much to manage or even glitchy for one reason or another

    Those arguments cannot be denied, so maybe keep the information in a database for a limited amount of time, so the amount of information does not stack up over the time.
