Vouches. Haha. Here I am thinking it's 2015 and then I log onto Sythe and get thrown back to 1981. Not only in terms on website design but also technology. Oh no, we can't have a feedback system like eBay has had since the late 90's - we have to resort to scrawling words onto posts and manual counting like we're cavemen or something.

Exactly, brother. This is exactly why I refuse to gain any vouches. I am arguably the most trusted person on this site, but you will never hear anyone make such a claim on my behalf simply because I am against the use of vouches.

Im talking about kids saying they are trusted cuz they sold gold to a trusted gold seller. I have nothing against newcomers, as long as they aren't vaders.

 

I have sold many gold coins to many men, and I have never encountered any problems. Some people call me a hero, others simply call me a legend. I am not a hero. I am just a man, doing what a man should do. I feel badly for people who do resort to scamming because their parents have failed them, they have brought great dishonor on themselves and their family and such a stain can never be removed. Apologies can be given, reimbursements can be made, but the dirt and reputation will always be there.

Ban evaders are an entirely different breed though, and some I sympathize with. Those banned for scamming I do not. They deserve the ban. We can call it childish for someone to ban evade, we can even call it pathetic. At the end of the day though, they are permanently banned so what harm is ban evading doing for that user? Nothing. There is no incentive for a user to not ban evade. This is why I will be suggesting that Sythe starts to offer $14.99 per month to every banned user than does not ban evade. This will, without a doubt, cut down on the amount of banned users rerolling, and in turn cut down on the amount of scams taking place.
