^-First off, I'm not going to say that this "Wasn't on the rule page" Seeing that it was a brand new child board. But I will say that there was absolutely NO warning, Nor guidelines adhering that stolen goods were prohibited in any way. Sin could have atleast asked me to remove the "Stolen" Goods from my selling thread. Secondly, The items weren't stolen, I only said that the ipods were to increase marketability, By saying they were stolen, It would increse confidence of buyers to post offers seeing they would think they could get it cheaper, Whilst it would actually lower the price the number of new offers on it would re-level the price so I wouldn't be losing profit and People wouldn't stop offering. Third, This site isn't about the law; If it is, the Blackmarket needs to be taken out seeing that the sale of online goods without permission from the property owner is considered eStealing. By selling gold or accounts alone is selling "Stolen" goods. Any threads posted without a disclaimer are to be considered selling "Stolen" items from the Jagex company.

I've been here for almost four years now, I've always adhered to the rules and I don't think I need to be banned for something as minor as this, I was here when there weren't many members and it was just a couple of us guys fooling around and playing with Sythe's bots.

Any sale of online game goods without permission is FRAUDUELISM. The very basis of this forum is based upon lawbreaking. You must also take out

There shouldn't have to be a rule against selling stolen items.

We don't allow chatroom pin sellers, crackers/hackers, paypal frauds, scammers, warez, plagiarism, etc. Just because this is a cheating site does not mean that there is no foundation of integrity. If we are indeed breaking a law against selling game gold, it is one that absolutely no one (save Jagex) cares about. (Though, I assume some rules were created primarily to protect the site.)

Still, if you want to be unbanned, prove that the items weren't stolen by showing receipts.
