Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Ruben Eason is in violation of false advertising for using a bot to bump his gold selling thread when his website is completely offline with no staff. His websites claims the following:

"we know how much you as a customer want to get to your Runescape gold and skip all the boring process in between. That’s why we base our company off customer convenience. When you buy rs gold, enjoy our easy-to-use interfaces, 24/7 English Speaking team"

I've ordered gold two times from this website. The first time I waited 4 hours, asked for extra gold to make up for the inconvenience and waste of my time but I was denied.

I decided to give them a second chance, and I ordered gold today at 8 am (About 6 hours ago)

The website claimed to be offline untill 11 am. (Okay, no problem, I should have checked)

I check the thread to see that 'RSGoldMine's bot thread bumper says he's online. (When he clearly is not)

After checking back at 11 am, the website now says staff will be on at 2 pm.

It's now 2:48 PM, no one is online, and I've been waiting 6 hours for gold from an advertiser that preaches fast delivery and customer satisfaction.

I don't usually complain, but now i'm a pretty disgruntled customer.

 

His bot bumper is also deceiving people into buying gold from his website. The bot bumps his thread saying “online”

When a customer orders they may think the gold will be delivered only to find out that no one is online.


Therefore the RSGOLDMINE website is racking up sales from customers while staff is offline for multiple segments of the day and not delivering orders to anyone. Meanwhile this business prides itself on customer satisfaction, 24/7 support, and fast delivery.

Doesn’t seem to be the case, at least for me.

It’s now been 8 hours I’ve been waiting on a gold order of 50m that usually takes less than a few minutes

UPDATE: Ruben Eason was available to deliver my order 9 hours later! What do you know it's a miracle.

When I asked what the deal was with waiting 9 hours for a gold delivery, he responded with "Sorry about that"

Ruban Eason was kind enough to add an extra 1 million 07 to my order of 53m 07.

What a great guy! I waited 9 hours and he was sweet enough to throw me 70 cents (1m 07) for the inconvenience

let me just say that again, 70 cents for a 9 hour wait!
