False ban

I was banned for been marked as scamming a user for an Abyss RC script on 07.

I've been talking with the user every since and I'm currently having some large internet issues with only been able to get online for 5-10 minutes at a time before dcing for a few seconds.

I've been trying to give the script to the user but they won't accept it without a 12 hour run time video proof which I can't do right now. I spoke to my ISP and they said they'd fix the issues but nothing has been fixed yet.

I've offered to give the script to the user without the video proof and if anything happens I'll of course fix and issues that the user comes into.

They declined this offer instead and are been what I would find as unreasonable in this situation to harm my reputation.

The user agreed to wait till the issues are fixed and I can show them the video. I don't know why they are not accepting the script without a video but it's something I'm unable to do right now.

more proof of Skype. If you look at the original scam report it will show that this is the correct Skype.

The user will have the script as soon as they are ready to accept it, which has been the case since the 1st.

Please unban me because the issues causing the delay are something I am not in control of and the user is happy to wait.

I've also offered the user a $100 voucher because of the delay and they've been understanding of this.

I have refunded dunworry2, hopefully this shows you my legitimacy more. I'm not a scammer and I never intend to be, this instance is just a difficult customer I've had to deal with.

rushed through the refund and accidentally used the wrong payment option but the refund is sent as expected.

When will these issues be resolved? It's ridiculous that a customer refusing to accept a completed script has resulted in a ban

As for the script, you won't be unbanned until you complete the full deliverable. That includes the video as proof. Pardon me for not feeling sympathy for you here; this customer paid you long ago and is not responsible for your internet issues.
