    Amount scammed: $80 BTC but I wouldn't consider that amount scammed, I'm missing millions of NMZ points.

    Explanation of the trade:

    I placed an order through this guy for a few orders, which I assume he used the same worker to train the account. I initially asked him to get 99fm on my account which was a level 3 at the time, I paid 30 or 35$ BTC, can't be exact as i'm typing this, can provide screenshots down below once I get to that. Anyhow, he got my level 3 (FRESH ACCOUNT) 99 FM & I also paid him to get 70 agility, which he did, all went well. After that was all done, I asked him to train the combat stats from LEVEL 1 (Att/Str/Def) to all 90/90/90 which he quoted me $80 BTC to be exact to do. We agreed, on a 50/50 payment which I paid 40$ up until he was half-way, and I would pay the other 40 once he was there. Therefore I did, and paid the full total $80. I then periodically popped on the account, (never moved the character, looked at bank, or NMZ points, just hopped on to see the stats once or twice as Runelite highscores are absolute shit when it comes to pulling stats and a lot of people can validate that). He states in his TOS there is no logging into the account while a service is in progress, which yes, I agree I broke, but my problem is, where is the NMZ points? I ordered these combat stats on november 11th of 2020, and he completed it today 12/16/20. Grand is claiming that he "didn't do NMZ the entire time, therefore thats why your so low on points, or claiming that since I "logged into the account" assuming that I just up and spent these NMZ points. I'm a service business owner of myself, If I was to really try & play some scandalous shit like this, I wouldn't be making my first scam report to begin with. My question is, where are my NMZ points? There should be no reason why i'm missing millions of NMZ points which I was planning on using for herb boxes, redirection scrolls, runes, etc... Forgot to mention, from the looks of my bank, he up and imbued the berserker ring & warriors ring without any of my approval, let alone even ask. Can provide those screenshots below. My main problem here is, where the fuck is my NMZ points? You can't tell me you did 90+ in all combat stats at sandcrabs in a months time, I just don't see it possible. I'd like a mods 2-sense on this order.
    Also forgot to mention he got a free dragon defender on the account, which I'll also provide screenshots of this entire ticket, unsure why he needed to do that..? But thanks?

    How they scammed: Missing millions of NMZ points (that could be worth millions of GP)?

    This is my second 40$ payment I sent, seeing it's a different address, and he can't confirm in discord chat messages his BTC when I asked for it again, let alone am I finding it anywhere inside the personal chat or the ticket alone this is the other 40$ payment sent to finalize it, with him pretty much agreeing that it's received, and continued on with the order..?

    So, I need an explanation here as to why i'm mission millions of nmz points. Grand claims as of "right now" he doesn't have screenshots of the levels gained, nor do he need to provide them because it's not listed in his "TOS or did I ask for them", that right there raises a red flag as to why your workers aren't using runelite to begin with as why your workers can't provide screenshots of the levels gained of attack, strength, or defense from levels 70/70/70 and past..?
    I need a mods help here as to how many points are typically gained on a FRESH account once you can typically get access to NMZ? Last I remember, there should be almost 14 million+ NMZ points in my balance to use, more than that actually. I'm sure someone could help out here. I see some serious poor business practices here.

    Staff can hide images here whatever is confidencial, but something needs to be fixed or compensated here. I don't place a 200M order knowing I'm going to be loosing all my points that I PLANNED on using, but now cant.

    Hi sorry for the long delay.

    After further evaluation we found our worker was using nightmare zone points to pay for the costs of daily armor repair. That is why you are short some NMZ points. As the worker told me he spent roughly 3-4M NMZ points including imbue rings as well overloads/Absorbs. You never asked for nightmare points when you requested service, you specifically asked for a power-leveling service, which included 99 fire making, 70 agility, and 90 Att/Str/Def, we said we would train there once we reached level 70. That being said, our worker chose to work within the nightmare zone. However, we will reimburse you for those points or gold whichever you prefer because he did not check with you about how you would like to repair your armor.

    Secondly, as someone who runs his own service you should understand we stand by our terms of services and you openly admit to not following them. We ask you to follow simple steps before working with us.

    For future reference we ask that you please try to discuss things with us in-house maturely before going to Sythe with a complaint. Our employees work on different time zones and cannot be called on at any time, so when you demanded for photos at that exact moment just know our worker was asleep. Since you run your own business, I suspect you already know how this works. I hope we can resolve this quickly so please let me know when you have a moment and what you would like gold or nightmare zone points for reimbursement. Thank you for your understanding

    Lets be exact, and I'm sure a moderator can ask this, but I assure you, there would be more than 15m+ in points regardless if you spend 3-4m in NMZ points just to repair armour. Why would your worker tough my NMZ points to begin with? You automatically give him permission and assume "oh yeah, go ahead and spend his entire NMZ point balance without asking"? I assure you any other account service provider who offers NMZ training, knows common sense to not touch NMZ points to begin with. Their workers payment is for the service, not the service & the points included. I don't think i've ever heard of anything like this. Where are the screenshots of each level. You're averaging 80-90k xp per hour in just base combat training, and NMZ ranges from 400k points per hour. You spent over a month and 5 days on this order, and claim he spend 3-4m in points in repairing gear & supplying overloads & absorbs, and proceeded on imbue my berserker ring & warriors rings (which I never asked for, but I woulda done it myself anyways), where is the remaining of points, because if you're claiming he only earned 6-7m in points total training my base 70 stats to base 90, you're just speaking shit out of your ass. Ask any service provider, I know for a fact you don't earn 527k points for base 90 stats lol. Last time I paid somebody to get base 85 stats, I had a balance of 14m+, please back your statements up where the remaining points are at.

    Honestly, I'm not here to argue with you. I asked you to wait patiently until today to figure this out and within an hour you made this report stating you want to get the word out. Word out on what exactly? That you, a fellow service provider, broke my TOS by logging in daily and apparently seeing my worker buying herb boxes daily, why don't you have any proof of this and why didn't you ask me? Now I know why you didn't want to ask me due to the fact that you broke our TOS and the service would have been canceled without a refund. I also hope you do not treat your customers or workers the same way you've treated my team and staff. I will always defend my workers because that is our way here. I will wait for Sythe staff to make a response.

    But as of right now looking after everything these are the facts:

    1. You broke my TOS
    2. You logged on daily ( how do we know you weren’t spending NMZ points? )
    3. You have refused to settle things where I could have just given you the benefit of the doubt and compensated you

    1. Regardless if I broke your TOS, and you claiming i'm logging on "daily" when I checked the account twice to be exact where my account STATS were at, because runelite highscores are shit and don't know how to update.
    2. Now you assume I'm "spending" points because I said I logged onto the account twice to check stats, heaven forbid I checked the bank once and seen herbs were collected & stored inside the bank, don't know why I would need to take a screenshot of that as the order was being worked on begin with.
    3. Regardless if I know your workers were buying herb boxes banking them, and moving the loot over to their account, where would the points be at? I assure you, a 527k balance is not the outcome from base 70 combats stats to 90, you can ask anybody that.

    Heaven forbid, I logged into the account, and the herb boxes were already collected for the day, and bank wiped from those as I posted that directly inside the ticket.

    Common sense here, you think I should of "asked" you to tell your workers to not spend the NMZ points besides absorbs/overloads, you can ask anyone who offers account services, when you pay a worker to train an order for you, so you can make a commission of it, their PAY is what I paid minus whatever your commission base pay is. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't spend over an hour putting this report together, considering this is my first ever report against someone over some stupid shit you should have known.

    You're an awefully funny guy trying to claim & assume that because I logged in twice, I've spent all the points, but left some random 527k balance remaining to "use".

    I'm leaving to the moderators, as you clearly have some serious poor business practices with your discord server, and your communication skills are quite frankly, pathetic considering I "need to ask to keep NMZ points when the order is being worked on". Ask any professional account service provider, their dues are to train the stats, spend the points on the necessary overloads/abs needed to complete the service.

    This pretty much sums it up. @Awky if you want specific things done to your account please specify them before ordering a service in the future. It sounds like @Joshua. is willing to partially compensate you for the misunderstanding, which is nice of him.
