I know i handled it poorly, but he was just so impatient, told him to wait 30 mins for primal to get home but he didnt, and he blocked me.

It's not evident to me that he made any DDOS / DOX threats.
It is true that he said: "I know you ip", but given the context, it appears to me that he mentioned it as an evidence of you being on the account.

Had he said: "I know your IRL name", or something along the line, I would have banned him.

Unless he clearly said, or even implied that he was going to DDOS / DOX you, then I would prefer to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Proof that it's his Discord. You didn't make a connection between Discord user meepboop and denieldon.

 

I discussed it with @Techie and we came to the agreement that meepboop was threatening you.

I've received additional evidence of meepboop threatening primal, but I won't publicly post it as it includes meepboop's face.

We are currently waiting for @Cutter to make a connection between meepboop and danieldon.
