Damn locked account!!!! Someone please help

My account was locked back a few months ago after trying to remove my recoveries. Not only do they delete my recovs, but they lock my friggin account. That makes my account that much harder to recover. After sending in some queries i finally gave up. Since i have holidays now, i been trying to unlock it again.

I can't believe this shit, i send a query in, they tell me to include stuff like "old ips, old passes" and shit like that. I put that stuff in, and they either ask for the same shit again, or ask for some other stuff.
This is unbelieveable. Do jagex even check them, or is there an automated system? How exactly does the jagex query system work, and how can i pleasure what ever retarded bot is reading these queries?

Anyway, i have the following info on the account (i did buy the account a long time ago). Note, the account doesn't have recovries at the moment
Current and active pass
Old passes
Old ips
Old isp
Last recoveries
A pbp

Is this info enough?
Also, can i make up the postcode and date i made the account with. I have no idead when the account was made or the first password, but i've been saying like, "password was either "this" or "this", but it was so long ago i can't remember"
