Damn chantcleer why me?

So i decided to recently sell my account so i pick chantcleer since he has tons of vouches (100+) and is trusted. we start off good hes a nice guy he asks for recovs i give them to him. he asks for pass i do that. i am expecting 40$ paypal for onyxraynebow. i load my paypal screen. waits....waits.. then he comes back on and i say so.. then he says scammed ? im like wtf he's like are you going to recover account? i really cant lol dont have enough information. is he playing games and going to send money or what. i really dont think your going to ban him cause hes so trusted but i hope so. thanks. need help editing the convo tell me how to do it. so i can block out recovs and passes. but i do have the chat convo on microsoft word made sure.
