75 atm, also going to set a goal to get it atleast to 85. i'm not botting this.

Ok well i am 85 def, 93 str ans 88 att and 89 hp. I hve about 1k b2p tabs so i dont have to go back so i only pick up stackables. Hope this helps

 

I have personally gotten 50-80 ranged off aviansies (legit) made a nice profit.

Personally I think that once you hit 70 defence, these are the most efficient way to train range, if tanking ofcourse.
