Yes, you require 40 Magic and 20 Defence to wear them.

 

I don't see why they are so expensive, tbh. People are junk trading like 3M for them. That's ridiculous. Although I admit they look cool.

prices are probablyt going to rise for elite black, dragonhai and plates for the next few... days? if not weeks? watch for price raises and drops, also if you get your hands on some, junk trade it =)

 

Vlad they do not look the same on a NPC as they do on a real player.
On a real player they look alot nicer.

No, they are not worth it. If you are monster hunting, you'd be better off in ahrim, for a lower price, and if your a pure, in mystic with 30k more runes than you would have. And the mage bonus is a laughing matter.

It's because they are RARE, they can only be gotten ONCE per person per quest, there is no other way to get them.
