Daga Ban Appeal.

Dear Sythe,

I am here to appeal my 1 month ban for "off-site scamming" I am aware that my account on Powerbot was banned due to Ban Evading. I am able to show proof of the ban reasoning.
I don't feel as though "Ban Evading" should be classified "off-site scamming".
Powerbot is a site that offers botting programs as well. The only way that I was able to continue to bot was to create a new account on Powerbot (Daga), this account later got banned for ban evading.
I am not too sure as to what other information must be provided to help strengthen my case.
I may also add that my account has 3 Positive vouches as well as 4 screenshots of trades, I do not have any Neutral or Negative trades against my name.

In it shows that your powerbot account is pipidaga. Pipidaga has a scam report on powerbot against it: https://www.powerbot.org/community/topic/895443-scam-report-pipidaga/

Thus, your ban for off-site scamming is warranted. Unless you're able dispute that (a) you are not pipidaga, or (b) the scam report against you is invalid. If you can, file another dispute with evidence.
