Based on the evidence provided, it appears that the events unfolded as follows:

- May 7th, @KING doga ordered 3 SOTE accounts from @DaBeaner for $300, with $200 paid upfront [1]. 1800 total level was confirmed to be a must a day prior to that on the May 6th [2]
- Upon @KING doga's inquiry. @DaBeaner estimated that the job would take a week [3]
- June 4th (4 weeks later), @KING doga requested an update and was told that you were still grinding [4]
- June 14th (10 days later since the last update and over 5 weeks since the beginning), @KING doga requested a refund [4]
- June 20th, @DaBeaner's first reply to @KING doga's request to have a refund. @DaBeaner offered unfinished accounts with a discount to which @KING doga declined his offer [5]
- June 25th, @DaBeaner said he would figure out a solution [6]
- June 25th - September 23rd, @DaBeaner is silent, no response
- September 23rd, @KING doga opened a report [this report]
- September 29th, the staff member handling the report asked @DaBeaner to reply. @DaBeaner responded that the accounts had been recovered by the original supplier [7]

@DaBeaner, if there is nothing else to add, please issue a full refund of $200 USD to @KING doga. Also, please note that if you send cryptocurrency, you must send an amount equivalent to $200 USD at the time of the refund, not the original amount of LTC at the time of DaBeaner's payment.

@DaBeaner, I assume that you will not issue the refund at this time.

Unfortunately, the DNT will remain, and you will have to issue a refund and request a pardon when you are ready to return to the market.

One last important matter to discuss is whether you informed @KING doga that you were not the original owner (OO) of the accounts in question. This in itself could potentially result in a DNT and may be relevant when you request a pardon.

I reached out to @KING doga, and he said that you did not inform him that you were not the OO of the accounts prior to the sale.

Please address this matter before we close the report.
