What's going on with Sigils? No idea why they all dropped 708 ea randomly, especially when Div/Ely should be selling for max (I think?)

 

Hmm, that's really weird! They shouldn't be dropping...

 

It's only 600 gp..... It's not going to effect the price at all.

 

You still won't be able to get one for max.

This just happens now and then. I asked about it before, but can't remember what the answer was.

Point is, though, it's some byproduct of the coinshareing of sigils, and that it doesn't effect the buyout of divines and ely's.

 

Yea: I believe that when you coinshare sigils they are put for either minimum or med?
or something like that

 

This thread shows that most people on sythe barely know anything about rs and are a bunch of idiots.

They drop in price because they are linked to blessed and normal spirit shields. When spirit shields rise in price, sigils drop in price (the exact same amount). This is because when the sigils get attached to the blessed spirit shield, the price of them both equal the same as what your trying to make.

Other items are linked like this aswell like the sets you can buy (guthan's set, rune (g) set).

 

Actually, Coinshare has no effect whatsoever on the price of an item. It puts it on the GE for mid price. If Coinshare had any effect on prices you'd see Sigils updating far more often than they do (Divine has had like 2 updates in 180 days).

The small amount of change that has happened won't effect anything but I find it strange that they all dropped the same amount ?
