Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I'd like to start off with how I acquired the name. I purchased the name in W2 RS3 a few years back, some completely random guy approached

was spamming 'selling my username' in the PartyHat section of the GE. I thought he was bullshitting and asking people to pay first, but surprisingly he went first, I got the name on my account and paid him 300M. This was not purchased on Sythe, I don't even think I had an account at the time.

I came to Sythe to purchase a name, I was promptly scammed by @Folt for 400M for the name 'Park' (on a side note, he was unbanned when in my scam report Wulfspade1 clearly says he won't be unbanned until he pays me back) You can find that thread here - FOLT scammed me as well as the follow up - For FOLT @ Wulfspade1
Which begs the question, why is he unbanned? Especially with his recent snipe report.

I was also scammed when I tried to sell 150M, seen here N0t-L3g4l Scamming 150M , he wasn't banned by my report because I was pretty new and did not follow the stickies. He was banned later on though.

I purchased a fighter torso / fighter hat service from @Inva where he stole items / GP off my account as well as the name 'Wildy' seen here - inva , though, he did pay me back for the name + items and GP stolen off the account.

I am bringing up all of these threads to make a point, do I really appear to be a serial scammer? If so why would I be going first in trades and getting scammed left and right. Or maybe i'm so good i'm even scamming myself.

I believe the ban I received from @JoshuaG is mostly because I claimed to have the name 'Hot' which I do admit at the time I technically did not, but there is actually good reason. I still have the login details for Hot, and can prove that if requested. Prior to me mentioning it to @JoshuaG, I had released the name off the account (completely by accident) someone sniped it and by the looks of it, scammed with it and got banned. When I mentioned it to @JoshuaG, I had begun the process of trying to recover it back from Jagex via email. If you do actually view his "scam" report, I mention it the beginning, but I say over and over again that its not for sale.

Before you can pardon on Sythe you need to refund your victims on Dreambot.

 

That is linked to me because of a VPN, I am posting on my home IP. I used Private Internet Access as a paid VPN, he probably did too? Not really sure how I can dispute someone else being on the same VPN.

I have never used DreamBot in my entire life, but if there is nothing else I can do then I guess it stops here?

 

Ah, nevermind. That was my mistake, he banned you for ban evading Pendulum.

Yeah I signed into the account 'Dragon15' on my home IP (the same as PendulumRiD) off my VPN. Perhaps have @Wortel confirm that?

To reiterate, @dragon15 was created on a VPN and I have signed into it on my home IP. Once again if i'm not making sense let me know sorry.
