D3 Goldselling Sites

Has anyone actually bought from these sites like ingamegold, mmkoo etc.

Is it true they take your personal info and then use it to hack your account? Or is there actually legit sites that sell them?

 

i've bought from gamerluck and cheapdiablo. i got the gold no worries from both sites.

the first few trades with gamerluck were just though the chat box, and all they ask for is a battletag. But for some reason the 4th time the needed to call me, and if they can't call you they ask you to send them ID (like a drivers license or something) sounds a bit sketchy...

 

Same reason most gold sites get suspicious when you order off them several times, they want to make sure they're not trading with some sort of Mayberry (someone who's going to charge back every payment later)

 

I know the owner of ingamegold, I guarantee you he won't hack your account mate.

 

For the most part all they require is an email address for the account on their site, and then an in-game name to deliver to. The most I've seen a site ask for is a phone number, so they can call you if you're not online and they are trying to deliver your order.

Unless you pull something like using the same email for your paypal account, MMO account, and gold site account, and then somehow having the same password to all three, I don't see how they can take your information and hack you.
